Synergy Centre is a modern, purpose built incubation centre.  Over 1,100 square metres of space will house:
• 1unit of 18m sq (c. 2 people) @ EUR 500 per month
• 11 units of 23m sq (3 to 4 people) @ EUR 600 per month
• 2 units of 46m sq (up to 8 people) @ EUR 1200 per month
• Embryo room to house up to 12 potential companies who are still investigating the feasibility of their business concept.
• Research space for applied research projects in the high-technology arena
• The Boardroom seating up to 14 people
• The Glasshouse (Training room) seating c. 30 people seminar style
• 1 Enterprise Platform Programme (EPP) office
• 1 Centre Manger’s office
• 1 full height (3 floors) Atrium entrance housing reception area and café
• 1 IT hub room with rentable rack space

The Centre is being equipped to provide the highest possible standard of infrastructural support including:
• 8M up/down broadband provision
• VoIP telephony into all units and the Embryo Room
• 24/7 access through an electronic swipe-key system
• Wireless broadband access in common areas
