Synergy Centre welcomes applications from knowledge-based start-up companies.

For office space within the centre, businesses must meet the following criteria:

1. Be technology or knowledge-based (i.e. intellectual property forms a part of your competitive advantage)*
2. Be exporting or intend to export to a substantial extent
3. Intend and strive to grow at a rapid pace, rather than being a lifestyle business.

*Note: consultancy-based companies are not applicable.

To rent desk space the criteria are a little less stringent, allowing a potential company to investigate its options over a fixed period of time.
